Great People, Solving Real Pain – Who Could Say No?

I’m so excited to share that I have joined Salt Security to head up the amazing engineering team here.

Over the years, I’ve had the fun of doing lots of different things – creating software and managing people in many industries and domains, and I have learned a few things along the way that made Salt interesting and super attractive as my next career choice.

We spend over half our waking hours at work, and over the years it has become exceedingly clear to me that spending these hours in the company of good, warm, creative, and committed people is where I prefer to spend my time. The interview process at Salt was unique in the sense that while I was being interviewed, I was able to get a deeper sense of who I might be working with. It included a half-day work session with Roey as well as a presentation to a board panel. The positive experience helped convince me that I want to cast my lot with them.

Along with being drawn to the people, I was also attracted to working with a market leader. Salt was the first company to recognize that traditional security solutions were inadequate to address the new security requirements of the expanding API attack surface. It is a privilege to join the entire Salt family on this journey to help enterprises safeguard their and their customers’ most critical data and services. With its context-driven approach, Salt delivers unsurpassed insights to detect and defend against increasing API attacks. I am excited to lead the engineering team as we continue to strengthen and build out the platform’s unique capabilities for API runtime protection and vulnerability remediation.

So good people, an interesting and rapidly growing domain, new technology to master – who could say no to such an amazing opportunity?

Salt, I’m excited to get going with you all!
