Salt Makes Inc. 2023 Best Workplaces List!

We are excited to share that Salt has been named to Inc.’s 2023 Best Workplaces List! According to Inc., the employers included in its Best Workplaces list have “cracked the code” for excellent company culture, earning this recognition by placing the very highest priority on employee care. This recognition is all the sweeter coming just a few weeks after Salt was named to the Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers list.

What makes this award so special is that it relies on direct feedback from employees.  Our employees had to complete a third-party survey, and those responses determine  a company’s score and ranking. The survey is very broad, asking our employees to evaluate Salt based on culture, management effectiveness, perks, and professional growth opportunities. Having our team members personally vouch for the positive culture we’re fostering here at Salt is a big point of pride for our entire leadership team.

According to Scott Omelianuk, Inc. editor-in-chief:

“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim. Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”

Leaders across all levels of Salt work to build a thriving, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.  Our people are everything here at Salt, which is why we strive to ensure their personal and professional success in every way we can — working with them as managers, industry mentors, and friends.

Salt was recognized out of thousands of companies for this year’s list. Salt has grown rapidly over the past five years, and delivering learning and growth opportunities for our employees remains a key part of our company mission. Because Salt operates worldwide, we also take special efforts to create a global collaborative community for all of our employees. Company all-hands meetings, virtual social gatherings, and regular in-person gatherings help build closeness, transparency, and alignment.

Retaining this positive culture with practices like these remains especially important as our company continues to grow. We are hiring new employees every month and want to maintain consistency in how we empower our team on this journey. Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are hiring!
