Celebrating Working Parents Day 2022

Renee Hollinger
Sep 16, 2022

Last year, Salt Security started a tradition to celebrate Working Parents Day. Officially September 16, Working Parents Day acknowledges parents who work hard every day to support and care for their families while juggling a career.

We chose to commemorate the day last year by giving all of our employees a half day off. We made this decision in part due to the extraordinary challenges the Covid pandemic presented to our working parents. However, we are pleased to share that we have decided to continue the tradition!

We have many working parents on the Salt Security team, and we have the utmost respect for all of them. They juggle extraordinary tasks every single day, and we want to take the opportunity to celebrate them!

Creating a strong and healthy work culture that supports employee well-being has always been a top priority at Salt. Salt was recently honored for the caliber of our employee experience by being named to the Best Small Workplaces™ 2022 list by Fortune and Great Place to Work®.

At Salt, we are committed to building a diverse culture accepting of all employees, regardless of their gender, race, or sexual orientation. We believe that by empowering our employees to be their authentic selves at work, we strengthen our success.

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to work with a hard-working and fun team that is passionate about helping companies protect their critical data and services? Check out our careers page.
